Chattanooga Insulation started in 2003 and was founded by Randy Wilson. While painting customers homes, Randy, had been asked who to call for insulation. Randy didn't have a good source to refer his customers to so he always completed the job for the customer. He realized that after 20 plus years as a painter he needed to expand his horizons. He knew that he could be as competitive as any other contractor in Chattanooga and realized the need for a company who was dependable and who performed quality work. We have now completed work for over 50 satisfied customer, from crawl space installations to blown in fiberglass and cellulose jobs, we do it all. Chattanooga Insulation recently acquired certification with both TVA and EPB as a certified contractor in their energy savings plan.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to do a good job the first time, have a happy customer, and create a relationship that will benefit both us and the customer in the future because we know that a happy customer is always the best form of advertisement.
Mission
Our mission is basic and simple, When someone calls, we call them back. We take every call serious and are eager to respond as quickly as possible. We know that in today's fast paced life you, the customer, aren't sitting around all day waiting for us to call you back so our goal is to call you back the same day and set up an appointment to look at your project at your earliest convenience. It is a known fact that heating and cooling account for 50% -70% of energy used in the average American home. A normal breakdown would like similar to this: 20% for heating water, 10% -30% for lighting, appliances, and everything else. Most homes in the Chattanooga area are old and not much thought was put into making them very energy efficient. With energy cost continually going up we are ready to help you by making other suggestions and complete other services that will benefit you financially, from changing light bulbs to air sealing penetrations in your attic and crawl space. We are here to help both you and our environment by reducing energy costs.
